You will then come to a staggered junction where you need to turn right into the B2135 to Ashurst/Partridge Green. Continue on for 1/2 a mile, after the 'S' bend turn down the small lane on your right which is situated between two properties. Follow the road over the speed humps to the end where you will find Nash Manor. From A24 At the Washington Roundabout follow the A283 towards Steyning and Shoreham By Sea. Just before the Steyning turn off, turn right into the B2135 towards Ashurst/Partridge Green. Continue on for 1/2 a mile, after the 'S' bend turn down the small lane on your right which is situated between two properties. Follow the road over the speed humps to the end where you will find Nash Manor. From A23 Take the turning off for Bolney, turn right onto the A272 to Cowfold. Continue straight over the first mini roundabout and turn left at the second mini roundabout onto the A281 sign posted to Henfieled, continue on this road turning right onto the B2116 into Partridge Green Road. Once in Partridge Green turn left at the Partridge Pub onto the B2135 to Ashurst/Steyning, continue into Ashurst, Nash Manor is less than 2 miles away from the Fountain Inn in Ashurst. Stay on this road, you will pass Wappingthorn Farm on your right and, as the road straightens up you will see a brown telepraph pole on your right. Opposite this pole is a small lane with speed humps. Turn left into the lane which is situated between two properties and continue to the end where you will find Nash Manor.
