Directions

From A27

Turn off the A27 towards Steyning, at the large roundabout take the A283 Steyning Road to Steyning. Continue straight over the next 2 smaller roundabouts staying on the A283 and onto the Steyning by-pass. You will then come to a staggered junction where you need to turn right into the B2135 Horsham Road towards Ashurst and Partridge Green.

Continue up this road for 1/2 a mile, after the first 'S' bend look for the brown tourist information sign above which is situated on the left hand side of the road pointing to a lane on the right hand side of the road inbetween 2 houses which both have wooden fencing around their property. Turn into this small lane continue over the speed humps to the end of the lane where you will find Nash Manor a large cream painted property with a pea shingle drive. There is plenty parking available in the car park.

From A24

At the Washington roundabout follow the A283 towards Steyning. Once you have past the brown information about Steyning and all the facilities it has you will then come to a staggered junction where you need to turn left into the B2135 Horsham Road towards Ashurst and Partridge Green.

From A23

Take the turning off for Bolney, turn right onto the A272 to Cowfold.

Continue straight over the first mini roundabout and turn left at the second mini roundabout onto the A281 sign posted to Henfield, continue on this road turning right onto the B2116 into Partridge Green Road.

Stay on this road straight over a mini roundabout. Once in Partridge Green turn left at the Partridge Pub onto the B2135 to Ashurst and Steyning. Continue into Ashurst - Nash Manor is less than 2 miles away from the Fountain Inn Pub in Ashurst.

Stay on this road, you will then pass Wappingthorn Farm on your right and as the road straightens up you will see ahead of you on the right hand side of the road our brown tourist information sign as above turn left into the lane opposite this sign inbetween 2 houses which both have wooden fencing around their property. And continue over the speed humps to the end of the lane where you will find Nash Manor a large cream painted property with a pea shingle drive.

There is plenty parking available in the car park.
