Carer Breaks
Breaks Away for Carers
There are times when you need to rest, recuperate, relax and
take time out for yourself. Liz and her mother May offer
Breaks Away for Carers during the week for individuals or couples
looking after a loved one, in need of some time to themselves.
Nash is a very tranquil
place to be; nestled in 8 acres of grounds near the South Downs
just outside the market town of Steyning.
We provide en-suite accommodation with tea/coffee making
facilities, CD player, Television and beautiful views of our garden
and the South Downs. A choice of Organic cereal, yogurts,
fruit juice, porridge, toast or a Full English will start your day
the right way!
We try to source locally all Breakfast ingredients.
Tea, coffee or herbal tea will be available throughout the day
in the main hall where guests can serve themselves. At mid morning
and mid afternoon there will be Danish pastries and homemade cake
available respectively.
Lunch at 1pm will be a light meal, such as homemade organic
soup, bread rolls, fresh fruit and fruit juice, or freshly made
assorted sandwiches and yogurt.
Supper at 7pm could be homemade quiche, salmon, chicken or ham
with salad/vegetables and new potatoes or Jacket potatoes with
filling followed by Lemon Tart, Apple Pie or Summer berries.
"Nash Manor is so perfectly suited to anyone looking for
somewhere to stay particularly when you need to take a rest from a
demanding and stressful task. The whole place is so clearly centred
on peacefulness, rest recuperation"
