Delivery, Postage and Packing
We try to process and despatch all in stock orders within 3 - 5 working days using 1st class or courier depending on weight. We will contact you if any items are out of stock and send them on as soon as they are available. Orders placed after 12 noon will be posted the next working day.
Our postage and packing rates per delivery address in the UK are:
Orders of goods up to £60 – add on £3.95 for postage and packing
Orders of goods £60 and over – postage and packing is FREE.
This includes insurance should your goods be lost or damaged during delivery
We accept no responsibility for any loss resulting from delays to delivery or from any deterioration in quality of the products resulting from such delays.
Overseas
We can deliver your order to an overseas address, please telephone to discuss the delivery charges to the destination. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee 3 day deliveries to these orders.
Payment
Once you have completed your online shopping you will be asked to telephone us on 01903 814988 to make payment. Once this has been processed your order will be posted. Payment of an order placed must be received by Nash Naturals and cleared before delivery. Please make cheque payable to Nash Naturals.
Prices
Our prices are correct at time of going to press, they cannot, however be guaranteed. Please note our prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information, errors and omissions are accepted.
VAT
All prices include VAT where applicable at 17.5%.
Refunds
We hope you will be happy with the quality of our products, but if the products do not meet with your satisfaction you can return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund (of the price purchased) or exchange. This item must be unopened/unused and in the original wrapping. This does not apply to perishable goods, toiletries and earrings for pierced ears.
Returns
Should your order be incorrect or damaged or defective we will give a full refund or replacement if returned to us within 7 days of the invoice date. Please return the item to: Nash Naturals Ltd - Nash Manor - Horsham Road - Steyning - West Sussex - BN44 3AA including a copy of the original invoice.
Privacy Notice
We respect your privacy and value your business. We do not provide your information to any third parties. To enable us to complete an order Nash Naturals Ltd need to know your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, credit/debit card number and expiry date. We also require a contact telephone number incase of queries with the order.
